About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, target and convert new clients across the Netherlands and Belgium through proactive prospecting and outreach.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events and direct engagement.
- Develop and execute territory plans to grow BSI's market presence across the Benelux.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, growing revenue within the account base.
- Build lasting partnerships based on trust, a deep understanding of client needs and the delivery of measurable value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead consultative sales engagements from initial discovery through to contract close.
- Manage multi-country bid opportunities, coordinating with BSI colleagues across geographies to deliver cohesive, compelling proposals.
- Work closely with BSI's experienced tender team, who provide dedicated support throughout the bid process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify client needs and match them to relevant solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment with clear revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems – Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently in a home-based setting.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written and verbal French or Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
