About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators
Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the region
Manage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards
Act as an escalation point for complex HR matters
Build strong relationships with business leaders and managers
Support and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes
Drive consistency in HR processes and operational standards
Lead the regional implementation of global HR programmes
Maintain oversight of payroll coordination and operational HR compliance activities
Monitor trends and employee insights, providing recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of HR experience
Proven experience leading and developing multi-country HR teams
Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies
Experience working within a global matrix organisation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
Experience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Experience working with HCM/HR systems
