About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the region
- Manage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards
- Act as an escalation point for complex HR matters
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and managers
- Support and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes
- Drive consistency in HR processes and operational standards
- Lead the regional implementation of global HR programmes
- Maintain oversight of payroll coordination and operational HR compliance activities
- Monitor trends and employee insights, providing recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of HR experience
- Proven experience leading and developing multi-country HR teams
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies
- Experience working within a global matrix organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Experience working with HCM/HR systems
