About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct management system audits in line with BSI requirements
- Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings with actionable insights
- Recommend certification decisions (issue, renewal, withdrawal)
- Lead audit teams and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Build strong client relationships and enhance satisfaction
- Support internal teams with accurate audit updates and documentation
- Plan workloads efficiently and mentor junior auditors
- Maintain technical expertise in automotive standards and processes
- Ensure compliance with IATF rules and uphold audit integrity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent
- Qualified IATF 16949 Auditor (ADP certified)
- 4–6 years of IATF audit experience in automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively
