About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct management system audits in line with BSI requirements
Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings with actionable insights
Recommend certification decisions (issue, renewal, withdrawal)
Lead audit teams and ensure high-quality service delivery
Build strong client relationships and enhance satisfaction
Support internal teams with accurate audit updates and documentation
Plan workloads efficiently and mentor junior auditors
Maintain technical expertise in automotive standards and processes
Ensure compliance with IATF rules and uphold audit integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent
Qualified IATF 16949 Auditor (ADP certified)
4–6 years of IATF audit experience in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Flexible, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively
