Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of experience as a Community Manager with expertise in social media engagement.

Deep understanding of internet culture and trends, with strong news judgment.
Skilled at spotting errors, fact-checking, and ensuring content accuracy.
Proven ability to engage and grow online audiences through creative content.
Proficient in analytics, social media reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
Passionate about visual storytelling and optimizing content for various platforms.
Fluent in social media best practices with hands-on brand management experience.
Strong communication skills and experience in an international newsroom is a plus.
Ability to interpret traffic and engagement metrics to drive content strategy.
