About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Autonomously manage projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Partner with strategy and creative leads to draft clear, inspiring project briefs.
  • Manage project-level profitability and draft initial scopes of work and estimates.
  • Lead client presentations and regular meetings, internal status meetings, cross-functional kickoffs, etc.
  • Identify common pitfalls for specific project types early and flag them to the client.
  • Build client relationships / act as a primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience.
  • Previous junior AM or Project Management role.
  • Experience in like industries (corporate marketing, startups, or brand management) is highly valued.
  • Hard: Scope drafting, ongoing budget and profitability monitoring, presentation development and delivery, meeting and schedule coordination/management.
  • Soft: Anticipatory thinking, diplomacy, relationship-building, and persuasive communication.
