About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Autonomously manage projects from kickoff to completion.
Partner with strategy and creative leads to draft clear, inspiring project briefs.
Manage project-level profitability and draft initial scopes of work and estimates.
Lead client presentations and regular meetings, internal status meetings, cross-functional kickoffs, etc.
Identify common pitfalls for specific project types early and flag them to the client.
Build client relationships / act as a primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience.
Previous junior AM or Project Management role.
Experience in like industries (corporate marketing, startups, or brand management) is highly valued.
Hard: Scope drafting, ongoing budget and profitability monitoring, presentation development and delivery, meeting and schedule coordination/management.
Soft: Anticipatory thinking, diplomacy, relationship-building, and persuasive communication.
