About the role
- Excellent communicator: As a friendly, empathetic point of contact, you will be responsible for our clients and support them with advice and assistance.
- Multi-tasking: You keep an overview at all times, handle calls with a wide range of clients, and respond to email inquiries.
- Team spirit: We are stronger together and support one another. You will work closely with other teams across the company to find effective solutions for our clients and resolve open questions.
- Proactivity: You proactively pick up the phone to call clients and clarify the final steps.
Requirements
- You are highly communicative, a team player, and enjoy interacting with customers — perfect!
- Ideally you are studying law and are available for around 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken expression.
- Ideally you have some prior experience in customer service or customer care.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
