About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advocate for members and enhance their experience by providing solutions aligned with their financial goals
- Attract new retail and business members and deepen relationships with existing members using The Member Advantage approach
- Deliver exceptional member service with accuracy and operational excellence, including problem and complaint resolution
- Support branch growth and a profitable book of business to achieve individual, team, and corporate goals
- Build relationships through community/foundation involvement and member referrals
- Promote, educate, and demonstrate available service channels
- Participate in coaching, job shadowing, mentoring, and training
- Detect and report fraud or irregular activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Achieve management-provided goals and objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of branch banking experience
- Must pass and maintain a Notary Public License within six months of completing Relationship Banker Training
- Signature Guarantee permissions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to multitask to meet or exceed minimum performance standards
- Effective verbal, written, listening, and auditory communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work out of any location at any time as business needs dictate
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; bilingual applicants fluent in a second language are highly encouraged to apply
