About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members or visitors
- Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer
- Act as a first line of defense in detecting and reporting fraud or irregular activities
- Advocate and build member relationships by engaging in conversations
- Respond to general member inquiries related to products/services, lending, etc.
- Problem-solve and resolve member issues in a timely manner
- Promote awareness and education of self-service resources
- Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work at any location at any time
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
