About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members or visitors
Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer
Act as a first line of defense in detecting and reporting fraud or irregular activities
Advocate and build member relationships by engaging in conversations
Respond to general member inquiries related to products/services, lending, etc.
Problem-solve and resolve member issues in a timely manner
Promote awareness and education of self-service resources
Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (or GED)
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work at any location at any time
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
