About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members or visitors
  • Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer
  • Act as a first line of defense in detecting and reporting fraud or irregular activities
  • Advocate and build member relationships by engaging in conversations
  • Respond to general member inquiries related to products/services, lending, etc.
  • Problem-solve and resolve member issues in a timely manner
  • Promote awareness and education of self-service resources
  • Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work at any location at any time
  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
