About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members and visitors
Process financial service transactions accurately while maintaining a cash drawer
Detect and report fraud or irregular activities
Build member relationships through conversations and recommendations
Respond to general member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Promote self-service resources and engage in cross-selling initiatives
Participate in ongoing coaching and development opportunities
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (or GED) preferred
Customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work out of any location at any time
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Excellent oral, written, and auditory communication skills.
