About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outstanding member service in a professional and friendly manner
Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer
Advocate and build member relationships by engaging in conversations and identifying the right solutions
Respond to general member inquiries related to general information, products/services, lending, etc.
Problem-solve and resolve member issues in a timely manner
Promote awareness and education of self-service resources
Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (or GED)
Customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible to work out of any location at any time
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Excellent oral, written, and auditory communication skills, as well as interpersonal interaction skills.
