Collaborate within an Agile Team to analyze and translate business requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or global equivalent in a software-related field and 5+ years of mainframe software development or related experience; or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
Extensive software development experience using IBM Assembler on z/OS systems
Experience with Source Code Management tools such as Endevor and GitHub
Experience with Agile software development methodology
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Openness to learning new technologies and languages, following trends, and continuous innovation
Experience with SQL on mainframe databases such as IDMS, Datacom, or DB2
Knowledge of reading system dumps and TSO/ISPF
Additional experience with one or more of Metal C, COBOL, ISPF, REXX, JCL, C, or C+
Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira and Rally
Familiarity with QA and DevOps concepts and practices, including test automation and CI/CD
Advanced debugging skills using tools such as XDC
Communication and organization skills
