About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes
- Provide technical leadership in all phases of product development
- Perform product definition, architecture, system, and transistor-level circuit design
- Supervise layout and conduct lab debug and production support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies
- Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment
- Strong problem solving and lab debugging skills
- Hands on experience in RF tuning and using RF instruments
- Ability to work with cross function teams, including test engineers, product engineers, system engineers, modeling engineers, and application engineers
- Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of experience
