About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop ATE test program for products for networking switches
Responsible for driving hardware development including final test and probe
Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE
Drive test time reduction and optimize test program for better yield
Work closely with Product Engineers and Design Engineers
Communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
8+ years of related experience, or
Master's Degree in Engineering and 6+ years of related experience
Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms
Ability to independently develop test programs, including complex test flows
Support debugging/troubleshooting of various failure mechanisms
Perform volume data analysis
Proficiency with Data analysis softwares/languages
Programming experience for test method development
Experienced with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE
Experience with AI tools for quick script development is a plus
