About the role
- Lead and mentor a talented engineering team
- Ensure high standards of UI quality and adherence to industry standards
- Build strong partnerships with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for engineering activities

Requirements
- Over eight (8) years in software engineering with substantial development or customer-facing experience
- 1-2 years in a team lead or management role
- Strong understanding of UI development and testing strategies
