About the role

  • Support the full sales cycle execution
  • Handle quote preparation, CRM updates, renewal tracking, scheduling, and partner coordination
  • Act as a key interface between sales team and operational partners
  • Prepare and manage draft quotes for Cloudflare products
  • Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors on pricing and approvals
  • Track renewals and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain and update the CRM for accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of Cloudflare marketing materials
  • Structure and maintain weekly sales reporting
  • Escalate issues to sales leadership or partners as needed

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Commercial Coordination role, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Experience handling quotes, renewals, CRM updates, and internal coordination between sales, technical and partner teams
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English – both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using tools such as:
  • - Zoho CRM (or similar tools like HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • - Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • - Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Able to work full-time on Gulf Standard Time (GST), with high responsiveness
  • Strong written communication skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset
