About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to create and expand co-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and identify solution opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Represent Bring IT at conferences, partner events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to develop account strategies and market expansion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT, software, or technology consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions, digital transformation services, or cloud technologies is highly desirable.
  • Awareness of the NetSuite ecosystem and ERP implementation processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
