About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, customers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with technology partners to create and expand co-selling opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and identify solution opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Represent Bring IT at conferences, partner events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to develop account strategies and market expansion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT, software, or technology consulting industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions, digital transformation services, or cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Awareness of the NetSuite ecosystem and ERP implementation processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
