Responsible for end-to-end implementations
Advise on industry best practices tailored to customer needs
Master the SuiteSuccess methodology
Document best practices, prepare training materials, and train users
Ability to learn from previous projects and continuously improve
Oversee and validate data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategy
Participate in business process discovery, interacting with users, understanding their needs, identifying gaps versus current systems, proposing solutions, and developing both high-level and detailed process flows

Experience with NetSuite
Strong communication skills
Customer experience–focused mindset
