About the role
- Deliver functional solutions for B2B or B2C
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
- Write technical specifications
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Write support documentation
- Resolve queries with the development team
- Serve as the point of contact for the sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of integrations using APIs/Webservices is desirable but not required
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst or in related roles
- Ability to design and document B2B/B2C solutions/interfaces
- Experience with business processes in ERP is essential (Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Finance)
- Fluent English (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP (preferred)
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
