About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain SAP BW Data models and Reports
- Build Data Extraction, Transformation, and Reporting Logic
- Support Data Loads, Issue Resolution, and Performance Tuning
- Manage Enhancements, Change Requests
- Work with business teams to convert Reporting needs into SAP BW Solutions
- Prepare technical design documents, support handover documents, deployment notes, and knowledge transition materials
- Participate in requirement discussions, impact analysis, unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities
- Should have excellent communication skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of relevant experience in SAP BW reporting, support, enhancement, and implementation projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze reporting issues, identify root causes, and provide long-term fixes
- Ability to work independently as a senior consultant and guide junior team members when needed
- Good communication skills for working with global business and IT teams
- Comfortable working in production support, enhancement delivery, and fast-paced project environments
