About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Convert requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive product launches, validating readiness across technology, operations, and stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, metrics, and customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs across multiple workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related decisions and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and regulatory requirements (as applicable).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with product backlog management tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good to Have Experience in Technology / Digital / SaaS / Healthcare / BFS domains.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping, UX principles, and design thinking.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based products or platforms.
