About the role

  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for telecom OSS applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, and system testing across Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance domains.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Execute and analyze API testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Perform performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and stability.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing / QA engineering.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Telecom OSS, including: Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools, such as: WebdriverIO, Protractor, or Cypress
  • Experience with API testing using Postman.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting using: Java or Python (preferred)
  • Experience in performance testing, preferably using JMeter.
  • Solid understanding of test methodologies, QA processes, and defect management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
