Design and develop solutions using Vlocity OmniStudio components:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Vlocity Cards (FlexCards)
- Calculation Matrices & Procedures
Develop and customize Salesforce components including:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Visualforce (as required)
- Flows & Declarative Automation
Implement and manage Vlocity Data Model, Product Model, and Industry-specific features.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs (REST/SOAP).
Participate in requirement gathering and translate business processes into technical solutions.
Ensure platform best practices, code quality, reusability, and performance optimization.
Support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Work collaboratively with Admins, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio.
Strong knowledge of:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform)
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- Vlocity Industry Data Model
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Objects, Workflows, Flows, Validations, Profiles, Permissions).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools (Vlocity Build Tool or IDX Build).
Salesforce/Vlocity certifications preferred:
- Vlocity Developer Essentials / OmniStudio Developer
- Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Admin (nice to have).
