About the role
- Define, articulate, and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Champion the product strategy across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-structured product backlog that reflects business priorities, stakeholder input, and market trends.
- Continuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with sprint goals.
- Partner with onsite and offshore development teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of features.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to clarify requirements, prioritize user stories, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs during development cycles, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, gather user feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner (Loan, Financial)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Analytical mindset with experience in product performance measurement and iteration.
