Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
Support solutions and integrations involving marketing automation platforms, SQL-based data analysis, and SnapLogic pipelines
Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data using SQL
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams
Support testing and UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in marketing or data-driven environments
Strong experience working with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Iterable or similar tools)
Solid SQL skills for data analysis and validation
Working knowledge of SnapLogic or similar integration platforms
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving technology stacks
Additional Advantage (Nice to Have)
Direct experience with Iterable
Experience with Salesforce and CRM/MarTech ecosystems
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience supporting cross-platform data integrations and analytics
