About the role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
- Support solutions and integrations involving marketing automation platforms, SQL-based data analysis, and SnapLogic pipelines
- Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data using SQL
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams
- Support testing and UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in marketing or data-driven environments
- Strong experience working with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Iterable or similar tools)
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Working knowledge of SnapLogic or similar integration platforms
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving technology stacks
- Additional Advantage (Nice to Have)
- Direct experience with Iterable
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM/MarTech ecosystems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting cross-platform data integrations and analytics
