About the role

  • Lead content strategy and creation for digital products, ensuring language clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with UX and Visual Designers to define the role of language in navigation, interaction, and information hierarchy.
  • Oversee the development of high-impact content such as product microcopy, marketing copy, case studies, and campaign narratives.
  • Conduct content audits and optimizations, ensuring brand tone, SEO integrity, and user-centered storytelling remain aligned.
  • Guide the integration of content into design systems — defining patterns for tone, error states, calls to action, and empty states.
  • Use AI tools to ideate faster, improve writing accuracy and tone alignment, and generate first drafts for refinement.

  • You help teams use AI responsibly to enhance their workflow, while ensuring human empathy and editorial judgment remain at the core of every experience.
  • In parallel, you’re evolving your practice in the emerging area of SEO → GEO (Generative Experience Optimization) — collaborating closely with analytics and product partners to translate search intent into content experiences that are adaptive, conversational, and discoverable in AI-driven ecosystems.
