About the role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vulnerability remediation analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions to track remediation progress and KPIs.
- Validate and enrich vulnerability data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing large-scale vulnerability remediation or risk management programs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
- ITIL Certification (Required).
- Preferred: Certified Technical Program Manager (CTPM), PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, ACP, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
