About the role

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for provider-facing digital capabilities, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps and priorities based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new features.
  • Engage directly with providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather insights and validate product concepts.
  • Develop business cases, define KPIs, and track product performance using data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
  • Drive agile execution, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.
  • Support release planning, business-level verification, and market testing of new product features.
  • Communicate product vision, benefits, and value propositions clearly to internal teams and executive leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and evolving the provider experience through personalization and journey orchestration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management or project management experience within healthcare enterprise solutions.
  • Proven experience managing provider-facing digital products, with a track record of delivering successful launches and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of provider operations, especially within payer environments; familiarity with provider portals such as Availity is a plus.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs and OKRsand translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Skilled in developing user journeys, product requirements, and feature specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership with executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and participation in cross-functional scrum teams.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
