About the role
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for provider-facing digital capabilities, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
- Define and manage product roadmaps and priorities based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new features.
- Engage directly with providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Develop business cases, define KPIs, and track product performance using data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
- Drive agile execution, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.
- Support release planning, business-level verification, and market testing of new product features.
- Communicate product vision, benefits, and value propositions clearly to internal teams and executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and evolving the provider experience through personalization and journey orchestration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or project management experience within healthcare enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience managing provider-facing digital products, with a track record of delivering successful launches and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of provider operations, especially within payer environments; familiarity with provider portals such as Availity is a plus.
- Ability to define and track KPIs and OKRsand translate insights into strategic actions.
- Skilled in developing user journeys, product requirements, and feature specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership with executive presence.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and participation in cross-functional scrum teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
