About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and intake evaluations as assigned
- Review and analyze treatment data to ensure intervention effectiveness and treatment fidelity
- Make data-informed recommendations to supervising BCBA
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTS)
- Model clinical skills in the field to ensure high-quality implementation
- Conduct competency assessments and performance feedback sessions
- Support staff training on behavior intervention strategies, data collection systems, and documentation standards
- Provide direct intervention services when clinically indicated
- Support high-acuity or complex cases as assigned
- Assist with parent training sessions under BCBA guidance
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies
- Support audit readiness and quality assurance efforts
- Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and company standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Active RBT certification or QASP-S (or equivalent mid-level credential)
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience working with individuals with ASD
- Experience supervising or training staff
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection systems, and behavior reduction strategies
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (in progress acceptable) preferred
- Enrolled in BCBA supervision hours preferred
- Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with CPT 97155 service delivery structure preferred
