About the role
- Work together with developers, designers, data specialists, and the client to clarify ambiguous requirements and define the best course of action
- Be responsible for full-stack, front-end, or back-end development and work with teammates to choose the right technologies and deliver continuously
- Commit working code, perform code reviews for peers, and help develop the team’s ways of working
- Take responsibility for the team and the project, provide vision and drive beyond coding
- Keep the customer updated with active communication and coach the team to work effectively
- Actively participate in coding, technical decisions, and influence project outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working with modern technologies in a software engineering role for 8+ years using e.g. Typescript, React, NodeJS
- Experience in using Azure & Terraform, Bicep or ARM
- Ability and willingness to learn new software development technologies and methods
- Good collaboration skills: share knowledge, help others, learn from peers, ask for help when needed
- Good communication skills and fluency in Finnish (required) and English
- Lead-level understanding of customer context, business needs, and team coaching
