Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using Microsoft data tools
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
Analyze manufacturing and operational data to support strategic decision-making
Act as a liaison between BI and other departments to align data strategies
Integrate forecasting and predictive analytics into reporting solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
Continuously improve BI processes, reporting methodologies, and data accuracy
Communicate project updates, insights, and issues to stakeholders effectively

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Strong expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft data tools (Fabric, Synapse, Azure, etc.)
Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
Good communication and stakeholder management
