About the role

  • Preparation, review, and approval of bankruptcy related pleadings
  • Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings
  • Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings
  • Regular client meetings/updates
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
  • 0-3 years bankruptcy experience
  • Qualified applicants must reside in Pennsylvania
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone)
  • Provides exceptional client service
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
