About the role
- Preparation, review, and approval of bankruptcy related pleadings
- Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings
- Regular client meetings/updates
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate
- Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
- 0-3 years bankruptcy experience
- Qualified applicants must reside in Pennsylvania
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone)
- Provides exceptional client service
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
- Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
