About the role

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality employee experience from day one
  • Play a central role in onboarding new team members
  • Optimize HR processes and support the organization’s growth
  • Foster an efficient, reliable, and welcoming workplace culture
  • Ensure structured procedures and complete provision of equipment
  • Coordinate and manage all onboarding processes for new employees
  • Collaborate with Office Management, IT, and other departments for smooth integration
  • Organize and support onboarding at various locations, primarily in Berlin
  • Oversee payroll processing in cooperation with external payroll providers
  • Manage vacation requests, absences, and HR records
  • Handle contracts, insurance, and employee-related administrative matters
  • Maintain and organize employee documents and contracts
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate introductions
  • Ensure clear communication with new employees and internal stakeholders
  • Confidently use HR software, payroll systems, and other digital tools
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR and onboarding processes
  • Embrace and further develop AI-driven tools and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in fast-growing companies
  • Proven expertise in onboarding, HR administration, and payroll management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchical levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing requirements and environments
  • Confident with HR software and payroll systems, and open to AI-driven tools
