About the role
- Research and identify federal and commercial business opportunities.
- Track solicitations, RFIs, and RFPs using SAM.gov and GovWin.
- Support proposal development, data collection, and document coordination.
- Prepare capability statements, presentation decks, and marketing content.
- Participate in strategic planning and pipeline meetings.
- Assist in building relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors.
- Support the creation of capture plans and proposal outlines.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Interest in business development, government contracting, or sales strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward one) in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience using government procurement tools (SAM.gov, GovWin) (preferred).
- Knowledge of proposal or capture management processes (preferred).
