About the role
- Prospect Research & Fundraising: Research, identify, evaluate, and organize prospective donors.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with client goals and financial targets.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, donor briefings, solicitation strategies, and grant applications.
- Manage outreach, follow-up, and engagement efforts to secure new funding.
- Track and analyze donor engagement and fundraising performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Oversee the writing and presentation of proposals to funding partners.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
- Work closely with fundraising consultants and project leads on client accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor research, nonprofit development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and organize donor information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and donor engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools.
- Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation for fundraising initiatives.
