About the role
- Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to inform company decision making
- Lead pricing strategy across product suite and build pricing and deal models for enterprise deals and key accounts
- Partner with Data team to define and build key business and operational metrics and analyze data for growth and efficiency insights
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from insights through implementation, working with Engineering, Product, Support, Compliance
- Own financial, business, and operational metrics that drive Bridge’s growth; provide strategic and execution-oriented support
Requirements
- 5+ years in a strategic finance or analytical business operations role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong preference for prior experience in fintech, especially in the payments or crypto space
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in SQL, with prior experience in building data tables (e.g. in Databricks) and self-serve dashboards
- Intellectual curiosity to go deep on problems and opportunities and make sound decisions
- Self-directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, Compliance teams
