About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop ETL processes using SAP Syniti for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and consistency
Lead data migration efforts for SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules
Optimize Syniti jobs for performance and scalability
Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping and transformation logic
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers
Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in SAP Syniti Data Migration and data integration
Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related data structures
Experience with data migration tools such as SAP LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA)
