About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the project plan, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Support execution across MAWM workstreams including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, yard, automation/MHE, reporting, integrations, and testing.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, system integrators, Manhattan teams, technical teams, operations, and business users.
- Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and escalation discussions.
- Track and manage RAID / RIDAC items, decisions, blockers, and follow-ups.
- Support planning and execution for SIT, UAT, day-in-the-life testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare.
- Drive accountability across workstreams to make sure owners are clear and deadlines are met.
- Prepare executive-ready status updates, issue summaries, milestone reports, and risk mitigation plans.
- Help identify project risks early and work with the team to define practical mitigation options.
- Support change management, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness activities.
- Partner with functional and technical leads to ensure scope, design decisions, testing outcomes, and deployment plans are aligned.
- Maintain clear documentation for project decisions, open items, dependencies, and transition/handoff needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8+ years of project management experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, WMS, or systems implementation.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations, specifically in a project management capacity.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle count, returns, and labor planning.
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams across business, IT, operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, testing readiness, deployment readiness, and cutover activities.
- Ability to drive meetings, follow up on action items, manage escalations, and keep teams aligned.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting or client-facing environment.
