About the role
- Design complex user journeys across both main products (information architecture, multi-step flows, management of many states and business rules).
- Make real estate investment appealing by turning business and technical constraints into clear, simple, and engaging experiences.

- Help build a deep understanding of user behavior: user tests and interviews, behavioral analysis, and user feedback.
- Identify real pain points, trust drivers, and friction points.
- Use these insights to guide design decisions, avoiding overprocess.
- Design day-to-day: wireframes > prototypes > high-fidelity interfaces > documented "ready-to-dev" mockups > integration follow-up > QA

Benefits

- Design at the heart of product decisions
- High autonomy and responsibility, without isolation
- An ambitious, passionate, and driven team united by the vision to transform real estate investment
