Salary

💰 €55,000 - €70,000 per year

About the role

  • Design complex user journeys across both main products (information architecture, multi-step flows, management of many states and business rules).
  • Make real estate investment appealing by turning business and technical constraints into clear, simple, and engaging experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a platform aiming to become the go-to reference for accessible real estate investment.
  • Help build a deep understanding of user behavior: user tests and interviews, behavioral analysis, and user feedback.
  • Identify real pain points, trust drivers, and friction points.
  • Use these insights to guide design decisions, avoiding overprocess.
  • Design day-to-day: wireframes > prototypes > high-fidelity interfaces > documented "ready-to-dev" mockups > integration follow-up > QA
  • Work closely with the Lead Product Designer, Product Manager, and developers.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
  • Experience with complex, business-logic-heavy products (fintech, B2B, SaaS, internal tools).
  • Comfortable working in constrained and evolving environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma (components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping)
  • Strong experience in user discovery (interviews, testing, behavioral analysis)
  • Strong understanding of UX (user flows, prioritization, information readability)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Benefits
  • Complex, challenging products with real user impact
  • Design at the heart of product decisions
  • High autonomy and responsibility, without isolation
  • An ambitious, passionate, and driven team united by the vision to transform real estate investment
  • Pragmatic startup environment focused on impact over process
