Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and produce video, image and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
From concept to final post
Regular appearances in short videos and Stories
Use of AI tools for content creation and optimization
Develop creative, brand-consistent content with a clear message
Manage and grow all social media channels
Plan, coordinate and publish content
Analyze reach, engagement and conversions
Optimize content with a focus on growth and revenue
Interact with followers; respond to comments and messages
Plan polls, giveaways and community formats
Manage collaborations with influencers and agencies
Build and develop a network of creators and influencers
Creative concepts for product launches and sales campaigns
Support through newsletter and shop content
Close coordination with marketing, product management and customer service
Support at events and marketing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years in social media management, preferably in e-commerce
Authentic presence on and off camera
Creative, proactive use of AI tools
Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Ability to analyze KPIs and derive actionable measures
Interest in good food, cooking and social engagement
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and team spirit
