About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Video production: Independently produce short-form videos, Reels, Stories and ad videos — from concept through editing to the final version
  • Elevate existing performance ads on Meta, TikTok and Google from “it’s okay” to “it really hits” — with video as the central format
  • Develop high-converting static creatives, carousels, videos, Reels and Stories that deliver measurably higher CTR, lower CPC and increased ROAS
  • Rapidly generate many video and image variants, analyze performance and scale winners immediately
  • Regularly evaluate CTR, ROAS and conversions and relentlessly optimize creatives until the ads truly take off
  • Automation: Build workflows with Make.com, Zapier or similar tools to eliminate repetitive steps
  • Turn a strong idea into 10, 20 or 50 variants quickly — tailored for different formats, channels and audiences
  • Create product images, banners, landing-page visuals and other imagery for the online shop — conversion-optimized and on-brand
  • Produce organic creatives for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest — formats that fit the feed while also driving sales
  • Design visuals and assets for email marketing, promotions and campaigns
  • Work closely with Social Media and Marketing to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong portfolio with a focus on video creatives and performance ads — ideally including KPI context (CTR, ROAS, Conversion)
  • Able to independently edit videos, write copy and prepare content for different platforms (TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads)
  • Experience with generative AI tools — especially AI video tools like Kling, Runway or Pika — and using them on a daily basis
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro / After Effects), Canva Pro, CapCut or comparable video-editing tools
  • You understand how platform algorithms work and how to influence them through creativity and data
  • Motivated to measure how your creatives perform and to continuously improve them
  • Quick learner, reliable and a genuine team player
  • Good German and English language skills
