About the role
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals, user needs, and market research
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of features
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Monitor and analyze product performance against key metrics and goals
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance product strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools (we currently use Linear)
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in user experience design
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
