About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business growth activity across Poland while supporting expansion into key Eastern European markets
- Develop and deliver business development plans across Poland and selected Eastern European markets
- Generate new revenue opportunities across the BREEAM portfolio and wider BRE services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and industry influencers
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
- Represent BRE at industry events, conferences and networking forums
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing and product teams to support growth objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support BRE's long-term European growth strategy
- Act as a trusted link between local market requirements and BRE's international teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken
- Experience living and working in Poland
- Proven B2B business development or consultative sales experience within construction, real estate, sustainability, certification, compliance or related sectors
- A strong understanding of the Polish and wider Eastern European built environment market
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- A track record of developing sales pipelines, managing opportunities and forecasting
