About the role

  • Manage and coach the Enterprise BDR team to drive outbound pipeline growth
  • Hiring, performance management and succession planning for BDRs
  • Develop strategies and tactics for outbound pipeline growth and meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
  • Deliver BDR onboarding training and continuous enablement (product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, tools training, role-plays)
  • Monitor and quality control daily activities, KPIs, quota performance and activity quality
  • Maintain a team-oriented, performance-minded culture and morale
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partnership leaders on pipeline and prospecting initiatives
  • Establish a library of prospecting resources for the BDR team
  • Drive operational excellence, reporting, forecasting, headcount planning and process improvements
  • Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate management reporting, including deal forecast and commit, hiring pipeline and project updates
  • Proactively performance manage BDRs in real time to ensure individual quota attainment
  • Measured on attainment against quota, operational excellence, and personal brand; provide advancement potential and coaching

  • 4+ Years of B2B sales experience of which 2+ years of Enterprise sales leadership experience (Team Lead or Manager)
  • Evidence based history of performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills demonstrated through accurate and engaging communication/presentation skills
  • Salesforce power user and familiarity with prospecting platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesNav, Gong, DemandBase)
