About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring engagement, alignment, and high performance.
  • Oversee and enhance the systems ecosystem (SAP and integrated platforms), ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and deliver strategic projects (SAP and non-SAP), applying agile and traditional methodologies, with a focus on schedule, cost and quality.
  • Manage and control vendors, contracts and budget (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring efficiency and quality of deliveries.
  • Align and negotiate with stakeholders, prioritizing requests according to business impact.
  • Identify and optimize processes, addressing bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into technological solutions.
  • Ensure and monitor results through area indicators and targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, both agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK/Waterfall).
  • Experience in complex projects, with hands-on leadership of strategic initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and a general understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Group Reporting, Employee Central Payroll).
  • Systemic vision, understanding integrations between systems and their business impacts.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with negotiation skills and cross-functional alignment.
  • Basic financial management knowledge, including contracts, SLAs and KPI monitoring.
  • Knowledge of agribusiness, understanding its dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, focused on identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear communication, active listening and a collaborative approach.
  • Reconciliatory profile with a results focus, balancing delivery, quality and team engagement.
