About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review requirements provided by Product Managers, understand the specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document and track bugs
Perform regression tests when bugs are resolved

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years professional experience as QA Engineer
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Solid knowledge of automated test scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Previous experience working in banking, ecommerce, or finance is a plus.
