About the role
- Organize itineraries for clients
- Support clients when things don’t go as expected
- Handle every aspect of corporate travel, wedding travel, family travel, and leisure travel
- Provide clients with up-to-date trip information and offer alternatives when appropriate
- Create social media marketing posts and creative flyers
- Research and recommend vacation destinations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to self-manage and problem solve
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude, coachable, and trainable
- Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
