About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Development and implementation of SEO strategies for various client projects
  • Conducting technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, performance)
  • On-page optimization (structure, content, internal linking)
  • Keyword and topic analyses along the customer journey
  • Monitoring & reporting (e.g., via GSC, GA4, Sistrix)
  • Deriving concrete measures and roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
  • Solid understanding of technical and content SEO
  • Experience with common tools (e.g., Sistrix, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC)
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven working style
  • Experience with website relaunches and SEO migrations is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CMS (e.g., TYPO3, WordPress, e-commerce/shop systems)
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment working on client projects
