About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Excellent projects for leading industry players, providing services such as Technical Due Diligence, technical-economic consulting across the entire real estate lifecycle, and comprehensive quality assurance, monitoring, controlling, and project management across all service phases
- Exciting responsibilities in the areas of sustainability, ESG, and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or technical certification in Building Services Engineering, Building Automation, Electrical Engineering, Energy/Utility Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in design and implementation, and ideally experience in building condition surveys and technical consulting
- Strong interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, and innovation
- Strong, solution-oriented consulting skills and analytical thinking
- High level of personal responsibility and a self-organized, structured working style
- Passion for real estate and sustainability
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
