About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and publish content
  • Develop and produce content adapted to each platform’s conventions: short videos, carousels, visuals, GIFs, threads, stories… on YouTube, META, TikTok, Bluesky and others
  • Work from existing video programs or create innovative content from scratch
  • Identify and produce video clips from programs; edit vertical videos using internal tools
  • Write captions for posts across all social channels
  • Write Instagram stories and carousels, and threads to accompany programs
  • Schedule and publish posts according to the editorial calendar and internal planning
  • Regularly propose content ideas to feed the editorial schedule
  • Create conversational mechanics to engage communities and drive conversation around programs
  • Represent the media brand online (responding to comments, interactions, etc.) across all platforms
  • Identify ambassadors and super‑fans, and develop their engagement
  • Curate posts: thumbnailing, organizing into lists or series according to the platform
  • Ensure the editorial relevance of post captions
  • Propose strategies and creative concepts for social channels
  • Contribute to editorial planning on YouTube, Twitch, META, TikTok, Bluesky…
  • Produce monthly qualitative and quantitative reports
  • Conduct daily sector monitoring (media, culture, society) across social networks and social media trends
  • Monitor industry news, carry out national and international competitive intelligence, and share findings with the teams
  • Write best-practice guides for colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in media editorial teams
  • Journalism background preferred
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms: YouTube, META, TikTok, Bluesky…
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Express) and other tools for static and video content creation
  • Professional working proficiency in English
