About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be accountable for results and the quality of deliverables: ensure content is delivered on time
- Challenge analyses and proposed content to achieve the best possible results
- Ensure strict budget monitoring: track budget consumption
- Produce clear, transparent reporting and identify growth levers
- Manage the existing team: organize workflows (briefs, editorial planning, approvals)
- Represent the agency with clients: lead follow-up committees and decision-making meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in social media, with agency or in-house experience appreciated
- Comfortable managing major accounts and demanding client relationships
- Budgetary discipline and strong reporting skills
- Genuine interest in digital formats and the evolution of social platforms
- Ability to lead with confidence while integrating into an existing team
- Autonomous, reliable, and excellent interpersonal skills
